So ”Bando” is FPV slang för ”Abanoned building” and this one is the old Papyrus paper factory. The demolition started in 2014 and there was supposed to be apartments for students built here but nothing much has hapened probably because it changed owners a couple of times over the years. You also saw the villa outside the factory premises where management had their offices.
