In this video, I start from scratch on the Tadpoles Nebula... because last time I completely screwed it up.
This video took nearly 3 weeks to complete for some reason, so I was able to collect another 2 hours of total integration for the final image.

This is the great thing about astrophotography - if you don't get an object this season, the earth will keep spinning and the object will be back next year (at least, I hope so)

I’m a sound engineer and what you want for that garage is none flat walls. Obviously this is super expensive, but anything like hanging curtains/drapes/packing blankets will be a good cheap alternative. Thanks for the videos btw, by watching the endless amounts of media you produce I was able to successfully take my first photo or Orion Nebula perfectly without any past experience. Partly beginners luck but I was certainly clued up on how to fix issues and how to achieve what I wanted to before even heading outside :)

I miss clear night skies. My Radian is getting pretty dusty. IC 410 is at the top of my list to revisit, but someone needs to blow away all these clouds. Thanks for sharing this amazing image with us. I really enjoy seeing these videos and they keep me motivated to get outside when I can.

Yeah that’s nice, well done Trevor! I particularly like the colours of the blacks in this image. I did a 3 hour photo of the flaming star and tadpole nebula a few days ago with my z61 and eos 700d setup. I’m super pleased with it but I am already so looking forward to my first dedicated camera! The colour depth is just amazing on those cooled beauties.

I feel like your garage is a possible tie-up for two of my favourite hobbies - astro and woodworking. So many great YT woodworkers who you could collab with to get some custom-designed storage for that space. Happy holidays to you and your family!

I used to drink ice whine in Germany. Grapes that were picked while frozen. I saved a bottle for my wedding night. It tasted so good. On reimagine an object it is never too much.

Always enjoy watching your videos, Trevor. Snowy here where I live so I cant do any imaging right now - cannot wait for it to be clear again. Happy holidays!

Wow! A great example of loving the journey as much as the destination. Sometimes, the detours (or re-do's) teach us things we'd otherwise miss along the way. Another great video and photo. Happy Holidays to you and your family! Thank you for sharing your life and adventures with us. I love this channel.

Home-made acoustic panels work really well for sound control. 1x4 lumber and Roxul Safe and Sound from Home Depot. Cover it with fabric and hang them on the wall. Ten or twelve of them would make a huge difference. They work great in my studio.

Just got my first mount and proper telescope for my Christmas, can’t wait to get familiar with how it works and get used to taking as many photos I can with them, I got a EQM-35 pro mount which was very easy to setup and I got a skywatcher explorer 150 PDS, very easy to put together and can’t wait to start making content

Beautiful image Trevor! It’s inspiring for me that you go back to targets you’ve shot before and redo them to show how far you’ve progressed as an Astrophotographer

Try the Elgato Wave Panels Starter kit sound panels, they're configurable in numerous interlocking ways to get the sound dampening coverage you want with the least amount of panels. I would recommend tracing out the size of the hexagonal panels on paper, tacking these hexagonal tracings on the two opposing walls in groups of 9-15 contiguous shapes, you might be able to get away with 50% of what you might ultimately need if you take the coverage patter on each wall and make a decision about what shapes on each wall you want to make, perhaps an homage to the JWST? If you've mapped out the placement of the hexagonal panels correctly you can fill in the empty spaces with the other panels should the sound dampening not be sufficient. Now if you don't want black sound dampening panels due to wanting a brighter overall garage lighting environment then choose a vendor that has a panel coloured in a colour that would suite the aesthetic of the garage. Recently got a nice view of the lunar occultation with Mars just peaking around past the moon recently. And a few nights ago with the extremely cold high ice crystals in the upper atmosphere got a double glowing ring around the moon similar to sun dogs, Orion was just peeking through the brighter of the two rings.

Hi Trevor, thanks for a great video again! I had the same problem losing connection to far away from my rig. I fixed this using a full Unify AC in my house. 1 in the graden and on every floor there is one. This way i can walk through the house without losing connection!

Starting to wonder dude, have you beat Skyrim yet? We've seen you running around Whiterun for a long time! I feel you though man. Plenty of targets have been brought back to processing and been a bit "meh" but redoing them is always better. Redoing is NEVER a bad idea.
