I used to work for fedex as a loader and unloader for them and everything you are saying is 100% true. Some of the people are nice and will listen and work with you the others will not try to work with you at all. I would ask your distributor if they can send them thru ups or usps just a suggestion.

When I was living in Wisconsin, I have issues with FedEx 100% of the time. Two months ago I moved to Ohio, and now I have issues with them 150% of the time. When packages do finally arrive late, they just dump them in front my garage door rather than actually bringing them to my covered porch.

Bro, I used to play Luigi's Mansion 2 (Dark Moon) back then. I really enjoyed it as a kid but it definitely wasn't the greatest game I played. Regardless of my opinions back then, I'm very excited to give it a second chance. Who knows, maybe it will be better than back when it came out. Also This is my first vlog from you guys after so long and you guys are some of the coolest store owners I've seen on KZbin. I remember watching you guys back then but I finally decided to watch a vlog again and they still hold up. Someday, when I grow up, I want to own a video game store myself and be able to help people with video games by buying and selling games myself and giving great deals to everyone. Keep up the great work Cooper.

Fed Ex is horrible but we ship USPS every day and have serious issues with them. Do you guys encounter issues with the post office? Mostly packages getting lost in the hubs, or looping in the hubs for weeks. We make all the stickers/graphics so we can take care of it for customers but retro games is different.

would you guys consider numbering the pre-order sleeves if this is going to be a recurring thing? It would make the pre-order covers and sleeves more collectible. Like you guys can put the number on the spines or something like that.

I used to have that same issue with Fedex. I was on the end of a route and the driver would always be behind and just make it as "delivery attempted. no one home". Was a nightmare for years. Routes changed and now I'm early on the route so don't have an issue anymore.

Yep fed ex sucks. I order some shoes and where delivered through fedex but to the wrong house opened a case since April hasn’t been resolved. Sent pictures of my drive way and door they didn’t match the picture the driver took long story short lost over 300$ in the items 😢

My company ships things all over the U.S. And we have certain states they have a lot of trouble with Fedex shipments arriving on time. Iowa for instance which is the next state over from me should be one day shipment but Fedex always takes two days for some reason. Never a problem with UPS it's always FedEx.

I don’t think you’re allowed to show public without their permission. Often you can hear kids and customers in the background. Also check their website on the certain games, they sell a lot of stuff quickly.

Given the amount of preorder they got for Mansion 2 I definitely wouldn't say nobody cares about it, I've seen people in the videos before but they usually film when the store isn't busy.

We have like 7 employees for a reason. We aren't going to whip out the camera and film when we are super busy and have to help customers; And If nobody cared about Luigis Mansion 2 HD, it wouldn't have been our most pre-ordered game ever.
