Got the $40 (USD) box the other day from Target and struck gold... Felt good about it b/c the box was a bit beat up, got an absolutely pristine Lucas Raymond YG and a very sick Trevor Zegras Rookie Threads. I'm very happy. Dreaming of a BGS Black Label Raymond 🥲

Prices are fucking ridiculous nowadays. At my target, it was $45. I order everything on eBay as it has better prices. I can buy the retail box for $60 on eBay.

I wish these were easier to obtain in the UK, you either have to rely on eBay/import shops or hope toy shops have them. And it's mainly normal retail packs.

I bought one of these the other day and over 30 CARDS completely ruined, cut at an angle and can see two cards on one. Insane. Almost half the box destroyed. I contacted Upper Deck and waiting on their response.

love the opening hat how upper deck have absolutely hosed retail collectors i mean hobby boxes are like 130 which is still too expencive for what you are getting but i mean the retail is just over aggressive to the point were i can see a future where every product upper deck makes be 1 pack boxes

I'm again calling BS on Upper Deck for these Mega Boxes. Up top, they advertise 9 Packs + 1 Bonus Pack, at the bottom they say 8 cards per Pack and 10 Packs per Box. Except that the 1 bonus pack ( the 94-95 Rookie Pack) only has 3 cards per pack. So they advertise a total of 80 cards, but only give you 75. Frick Upper Deck.

Yes the pricing for what you get is ridiculous. I bought one box with the oversized youngguns cards and feel so cheated $20 US for 5 packs.

Actually just 3 packs, as two are all base cards. So in your case 20 bucks for three regular size and one oversized cards. Five bucks average value needed per card.

@@BuriedFlame i did get a jumbo YG of McTavish so it wasn't a total loss. Of course they don't even bother wrapping the jumbo YGs anymore so the corners are kinda beat up. Its just too bad the quality has dropped so much over the last few years. This year's YG crop is so full of promising players. I would have put a set together. Its just not worth it with the high print run and low quality. It's 1992 again I guess...
