its a great room. the TV goes on the far wall with a couch against the right wall and another sofa parallel with the tv, or basically a sectional L couch. Then to the left of that there is another open space to put a dining table (but cant be too big). its common design now especially in CA where they try to maximize space

the design of their home is not typical American. Its typical CALIFORNIA. Because for the price of their house that you just saw, in most parts of the USA you can almost get a mansion.

Moises Alderson thanks for letting me know. It seems like their housing design prioritise garage, bathroom, closet space and also the hallway area is very big. I’m just comparing to typical UK 3-4 bedroom house. We have large house/ mansions too but not usual unless you’re in the country side or wealthy.

That’s not how all houses in the US look, those are town houses usually in a gated community. There are plenty of different house designs compared to Europe that are mostly apartments. Just look up the houses in LA, Seattle, Atlanta, Tennessee and you’ll see the difference

Congratulations on your new home! From the recent Florida vlog Casey mentioned that he was thinking of getting a Telluride once you moved so I was wondering if you guys put an order in yet. If you haven't ordered yet and since I know that you guys don't really like making a lot of decisions let me try and make things easy for you. If you want to save some money and still get decent features, get the S trim (with grey sofino leather if you want a lighter colored interior and "Gravity Grey" paint if you want to match colors with Tiff's Tesla). Now if you want to take it off roading, make sure you get the AWD option, as well as the front skid plate and mudguards. This should all cost you just under 37K or about 38K with dealer delivery fees etc.

All the people NOT from California probably think this house is small, but dont realize it's probably well into the $600,000+. Bart and Geo's first house was around the same price--wouldve been cool if they had just sold it to Tiff & Case. That had more of a backyard and driveway--but nothing beats building from scratch brand new and it may not have been in a neighborhood they wanted to live in.
