Finally Got this OP Item... and They Nerfed it by 50%!

me and my coop are both pretty early into mining on ironman (my coop got his gauntlet like last week). its the only item keeping us from going insane... we need it 😭

It's an insane nerf, but they really should've just buffed the drills if they wanted more people to use them

they are reducing the cost of drills tbf and they are mostly trying to change the gauntlet's use in the game as now it has new abilities. im kinda sad that it wont be super good for mining anymore cuz I just spend nearly all my money on my gauntlet but they arent making it completely trash

@bow_and_arrow Yeah I've been reading up on it. It's good stuff, it really is, but I specifically hate when games nerf the really good items to get play3rs to use previously mediocre or straight up bad items because the good ones aren't that good anymore. It does solve the problem, but to me buffing the drills would've begged more players who know the gauntlet is good to maybe test out a drill or 2 to see how they like it. One good thing us that they made drills more accessible to lower tier players who have no coins to be spending on drill materials

The nerfs were so unnecessary. Theyre really just making mining way more grindy than it needs to be by lowering the mining speed. If they really wanted people to use drills they should just buff those
