i got so happy when the video notification popped up! glad to see that you are doing well! it‘s totally understandable having periods of time where you don’t feel as motivated or just simply lack inspiration to post anything - just so you know we will be waiting here for you to grace us with your content! i recently started working out too with the goal to tone my body a bit more (maybe gain some curves… because of my asian genes… tch), but like you said; its hard to stay consistent. i just try to create a routine in my life, which includes moving my body around more. and that food looked soo yummy! you have to drop the recipe hahahah

Some times exercising is not about looking good, its about how we prepare our bodies for the future ME/YOU, Growing muscle is important to edge well, and active. Dont lose your asian food habits. English cuisine is not that great. Lots of carbs, just like Argentinian food, lots of meat, not much vegtables Good luck for your long term goals.
