Sweet Jayco! That rear bath set up is poifect. The only thing I don't like is the insect eye pattern of the wall around the kitchen sink and stove. Nice looking rig, like the floor plan quite a bit but agree with moving the converter so that it is accessible with the slide closed. Main issue for me is cargo capacity, would prefer to have another 500lbs available so that I could add auto leveling. As an aside, Josh. I wish that the Richmond location had better inventory. Would love to buy from Bish's but they have very little besides entry level, budget TTs in stock, unfortunately.

If I get a class a or c I want to tow a Honda crv. I learned this from you along with many other tips and things to be aware of. Showing rv’s with slides in and out has been super helpful for me. I have only camped in a grand design imagine a few times, and my husband used it for hunting. He passed away and I gave the TT to my daughter but now I’m ready to travel and need an rv. I’m now obsessed with toy haulers because I can tie down my pets. I hope when I’m ready to buy, you can help find the best unit for my needs. Love your humor when filming.

That converter box in the bedroom really is a downer. Not only because of access, but the fact that they are noisy and put out some light so if you like a quiet room, good luck. Hey Uncle Josh, long time viewer, occasional commentator here. Definitely getting the music references 👍🏻 I’m becoming a Jayco fan for median priced trailers. Ubiquitous floor plan for a good reason. I need a recliner though because I have more aches and pains than Carter has liver pills. (a reference older than me) Great to have real bed size and fireplace/heater. Kinda light on cargo capacity in general, definitely too little if you’re traveling as a couple 😉, just sayin’. Maybe 2nd a/c for bedroom. Nice bathroom!! Why not a PDM solar controller? Weird place to cheap out. #1 choice though because of the Propanus hook up 🙌🏻

Great review Josh! Thanks for these reviews @Bish's. Also, thanks @Jayco for taking suggestions and implementing them. I really feel like you guys are listening and taking input, e.g. full queen and fireplace options! My takes - Cheers: pulldowns replace accordion shades, leaving bathroom alone, larger fridge, hot/cold water in the camp kitchen. All big pluses. I'm partial to Furrion and GE but time will tell if EverChill's any good. Jeers: Looks like bedside wardrobes got a little deeper (maybe good) but also looks like we lost the bump-up in the pass-thru where the cubby is (double jeer - I use that bumpup in the pass thru for extra space and manipulating things in and out, and in the bedroom I like having my phone/iPad at eye level so I can listen to podcasts at night while drifting off, not at bottom of mattress level ), loss of power ports in the cubby for the same reason. Jeers for the cheesy bracket on the bumper in lieu of the JayPort. I'm sure your designers can come up with a better looking solution, Jayco. Josh - I spit my coffee out at Propanus...😂🤣 Modest proposals: Put the nightlight switch & a charging port in the cubby, leave AC outlets on pedestal front; return the utensil drawer to the camp kitchen (really need that storage). My Blackstone 17" sits on top of the drawer section, support arm & griddle plate live in the pass-thru, so the new arrangement would still work fine with the drawer. I don't think the relocated converter box is a big deal because you can barely get your arm around to it in the old location, anyway but you raise a good point wrt slide blowing a fuse/breaker. Probably should be at the bottom of the entry wall under the solar controller or in the pantry. I put a Hengs fan in the bathroom and added roof vent for all three vent fans- would be nice from the factory but not a hard upgrade. I installed Road Armor load equalizers this year - sweet upgrade. For what it's worth: As long as White Hawk has hatch slam latches, 3/4" TIG flooring, higher ceilings with curved vaulting, bedroom wardrobe, windshield, SS kitchen sink, U-shape dinette, designer light fixtures, maybe upgrade the bathroom sink faucet to residential grade -- yes there might be some pressure on White Hawk, but those differentiators IMO still support the price point. Whether those make the WH "better enough" than the Feather are still consumer choices, but I think it makes the Feather head and shoulders over competitors for the 25RB floorplan. I had a significant warranty issue at the end of last season and Jayco backed the repair, no issues - so they are doing the right things to retain brand loyalty.

One thing you can do when loading a vehicle is to weigh yourself on a bathroom scale, and then grab a load to go in the trailer and weigh yourself again, and then subtract your weight from the new value. Do that every time you carry something into the trailer and keep track. Round weight differences up to the next 10 lbs. Example-- I weigh 231 lbs. I get on the scale with some canned goods for the pantry, and I weigh 267. So I'm carrying 36 lbs of stuff. I write down that I loaded 40 lbs into the trailer. I do that over and over again until I come in 100 lbs below the GVWR of the trailer or I've loaded everything I need, whichever is lower. And water weighs 8.35lbs/gallon (9lbs/gal). Remember that you don't have to fully load the trailer on day one for the entire trip. There are stores that sell stuff everywhere.

1) Here is a fun fact from a fellow nerd. In the United States, a gallon of water weighs 8.34 pounds, or 3.78 kilograms for our metric friends in the rest of the world. 2). I watched and listened to the design flip comment twice. The answer that you gave said that you had to make the unit longer due to the slide. Well that answer would’ve presumed that the slide stayed on the camp side, correct? If so, then why not just do a complete deign 180 degrees (including the slide)? It should still work. 3) Having never RV’d before, I’m presuming the reason why the doors are always on the passenger side of the vehicles are for traveling purposes for when you have to pull over to the right side of the road, you are away from the traffic and safer for those emergency stops? Hence, forcing the design of the campgrounds as well? 3) I’ve always liked the Jayco’s. They just seem to come across as family friendly. I like the Brinkley’s and Alliance’s too, but those are more glamping and cost much more. Still would love to have one.

I couldn’t buy any RV that had a dark brown only upholstery socking me in the face every morning. Maybe a light gray option? A cream color if you must stay with the current color? Maybe finally have a choice? I’m also looking at motorhomes and it’s same song second verse. Please, please rethink this. It’s been this way too long. You’re front and center in most most other areas. Yep, pockets by the head of the bed definitely need outlets/USBs. Who wants electrical spider webs hanging around exposed all the time and who wants to have to roll them all up and put them away each morning? How many of us will get up in the night and catch a toe on this cord arrangement? Some of us would prefer theatre seats and a trifold sofa IPO a dinette. Might that be an option. Love the living area. Nicely delineated. The fireplace/heater is a plus. The TV could be a bit larger. Where’s a shower overhead light? Nice, bright kitchen ! Thanks

We always prefer a theater seat over a sofa, but this one doesn't look much more appealing than the dinette. If we go this one we'd probably just empty the slide and start from scratch. While this one does have a fireplace and the closet by the entry door is nice, the Imagine 2600RB still feels a lot more like home than this one does. Granted, we are Grand Design fans, but this one just doesn't invite us in. Speaking of TMBG, most folks these days know them from the Malcolm in the Middle theme "Boss of me", and I think they did a song or two for a Disney kids' show not too long ago (I looked it up, they did the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme, and the "Hot Dog" song from the same show. They're still currently touring and producing new music to this day, though.

Josh, i can't find a factory tour of Jayco Jay Feather nowhere on the internet. Would it be possible to make one for us Jayco fanaticts. Thanks.

I don't think I have a jay feather-specific tour.. but have a few other Jayco tours. A lot of it will be similar though likely not 100% identical

I just bought a 19MRK and I cant find any specific détail of it’s construction, or any jay feather as a matter of fact. I know it’s a new floorplan, but I can only find tours of jay flight model, wich is way different the jay feather or Jay micro.

Nice camper. It does not bother me that it doesn’t have camp side windows.

Don't want the slide issues and slide weight also cuts down on cargo capacity ! 👎

This, but with no slide, no outdoor kitchen, standalone table and chairs, and twin beds.
