Sunny can take different Sabzi or daal made and packed and put it in a freezer there and he can consume it daily with readymade chapati or make it for himself. Next week week when he comes here he can similarly take another set of items

This is a good idea, I used to practice this 35 years ago. My wife was with my parents. I used to come back on weekends and take a tiffin of subji, dhall and curry. I used to heat up and eat with rice or wholemeal bread. Very economical. I used to bring my laundry and take back fresh clothes. I lived this lifestyle for two years until I did a job change.
