I dont know much about many mobile brands. I am a Samsung user since a long time. This time I bought new s23fe model. First time went to service centre for some issue. And my experience is their behavoiur is not at all friendly,non coperative,bad mouth.its dissapointing. Everyone should raise this

If your product is in warranty and you don't get replacement get the details in written why they don't provide replacement and go to consumer court and exercise your rights how can you give up so easily

Samsung care+ le Lena hai. 1k ka ata hai FE series mei . Aur proper S series ho toh minimum 5K se 7K tak ka care + le Lena hai.

just a protip: put the brightness of your phone to maximum for atleast 5 minutes before updating. And then proceed to update your phone. Ive heard a guy saying it makes sure you dont get green lines on your display cuz while updating your phone the brightness suddenly increases to the max level and sometimes ur display is unable to handle that load. And this causes the screen part to become defective.

I have s21 fe not single dent on body. Exynos version after using 2.5 year when i update nov security patch and display get vertical line. After i called customer care they told me my device is in his green line issue list. So i went service centre nearby me exprience is not good. But when i visit another service care in pune akurdi. They change my display and body in 3 days. Only pay service charge rs. 502. Happy to use samsung.

@@TechDside Sir please make also a video on S21FE...post the Nov'24 patch(G990EXXSCFXJ3)..the battery is draining very very fast..i tagged Samsung on twitter where one more user acknowledged same issue..got call from Samsung and they told me to visit service centre...the phone is already outside warranty and i had to change display due to phone slipping in water(even with IP68 certification) and dont want to spend more..please suggest someway out or atleast get feedback if other users also facing issue and convey to brand if possible.

I got green line issue on my S23+ model. Its out of warranty and also samsung not helping with free replacement. There is no dent or damage in screen. They are saying there is no complaint registered yet for this model, hence we can't help you. They also said due to my usage this could have come. Somebody plz help me if you faced same issue and solved. They are asking 12k for display :(

@@vedicrawat1922 @shyambhuva7883 To begin with when the update was released, within very few days everywhere I started to see that this has caused the green line issues in M52 5G, so I waited for a month and then somehow I just updated it with a hope that they have fixed the bug, but within 2 days I got green line, and every day the no of lines started to increase. Couldn't visit to service center immediately, but within a week when I visited the service center they denied to take any responsibilities as the phone was out of warranty, but still tried to acknowledge the issue in their system, and got a reply saying that the green line issue was caused 2 days after the update and also the phone is out of warranty, so to get it fixed you need to pay 7k for display, approx 1.5k for labour and gst

Then I just didn't know what to do, I have been using samsung phones from the Galaxy Champ series, and never looked at other brand as I was used to it's UI, and it was easy to sync for me whenever I changed my phone. I had owner Samsung Champ, Galaxy Y Duos, S3, S Duos, Tab 4, Galaxy Grand 2, S4 S6 S9, J6 J7 Max, S20 FE and many more, but only with this I had the issue, so got a new One Plus at that time so that I can have this phone as my spare phone if in case it gets repaired for free, as I never repaired any phone when it got damaged

Then whenever in my free time I started to check what they have been doing when green line issue used to pop up, say from youtube, samsung member app and many more such forums, I wasn't doing it for free claim, i just didn't like the way I was treated and made me feel like not buying a Samsung anymore, so it was kind of Zidd for me to get that claim, just so that I don't feel betrayed. Then somehow got to know about a toll free customer care no for consumer protection, spoke to them and they took all the details and also made me explain everything properly, and also guaranteed that the company will look at this issue seriously, within 2 days I got a call from Samsung Team and asked me to revisit the service center and they'll inspect the phone properly again and then they'll repair it for free. As there was no such damage on the outer shell and the display they had to get it replaced, but as the warranty period has been over, so they said that I need to pay for labour and gst amount. Initially I was not ready to pay that, but still I made up my mind that I have already wasted my enough time in this and don't want any more headache, so got it replaced within no time. Then again got a call from same samsung team and asked me how was the experience, I was like okay, but later after few days I realized that even though it was replaced for free, but the display was not of original samsung quality, Always On display would make the display burn and also while watching any content on that phone makes me feel how the worst the display is when something dark is played on. Actually I'm okay with that because anyways that's not my primary phone now and doesn't mind much with the display quality if it's working fine, but yes sometimes it feel like cheap quality when the touch response wouldn't be so good
