Congratulations to your new home. Just a question, pag pinasunod ba ang exact floor plan ng model house nila, may extra fee na binabayad sa engineer mismo ng phirst park? Your reply would much appreciated. Thank you

@@switzjalea di ko sure about dyan boss kasi sakin noon 50 60 but noong nagpirmahan ko sa banko 40 70.

@@yhojenhee2262 thank you for your quick reply, kasi yung tandem unit na kinuha ko, papasunod ko lng sana ang model house, baka may fee daw but pina pa check ko na sa agent ko, thank ulet

@@switzjaleakasi if ano yung model yun talaga gagayahin nila at after turnover my gusto ka ayusin o idagdag sa house eh sayo gastos. my fee din pero alam ko refundable yun.

@@yhojenhee2262 ipapatayo nlng yung combined unit, the're asking for my floor plan, sabi ko sundin lng ang model house, thank you for letting me know na in the future pag nagpa renovate, refundable ang ibibigay na money sa kanila.

@@yhojenhee2262 i mean yung ano po communications with phirst park and agents nila. Ok nman po ba naging experience nyo? Kc everytime po na naghihingi sila ng documents they only give short times tapos magbbigay agad ng notice if hindi mo nasubmit on time
