The janitor being sad is because his brother Pillar John is dead but he can be saved by collecting the treasure in each level with the janitor in the Staff Only rooms.

Also, the reason why the janitor (Gerome) was sad is cause his brother (John the Pillar, who was on the ground, broken) was dead. If you got all the treasures, you could have revived John with them. (You can try to get them in the same Save File.) I've stayed with you on the whole series, your gameplay was good and the memes added in the videos were funny! :D

Fun fact: you can get a "P" rank. Here are the requirements. 1. Keep your combo from the first enemy you killed. 2. Get all secrets 3. get the janitor (jerome) and unlock the secret treasure. 4. Do the second lap. If you dont kill the green cheese slime in the 4th floor, you get an extra one percent and a "snotty approved" medal on the save screen. There is also a "john approved" medal if you revive john if you got all the secret treasures and the p ranks

The John pillars were used to support each level of ecah floor in the tower,and you killed that last pillar which supports the whole tower,but in pizza time,the sound of you punching John will alert Pizza Face

If you're looking for more content in the game, you can always try 100%'ing the levels (All Toppins, Janitor Treasure, All 3 Eye Secrets, Lap 2), as well as potentially P-Ranking them. There was also a Halloween update recently, which added a little scavenger hunt and 2 new levels, so that might also be fun to check out! But it's all up to you, don't feel obligated to 100% the game if you don't want to!
