For magic- Lunar quests would give you good armor and weapons. Otherwise don’t sleep on a Guthix staff for 80k. Probably faster than that runic staff at this point and a long term weapon.

Game settings - Foreground + Background FPS, jack that up to like 120? That or you need a new PC man

I think 80 would be plenty fine and turn on vsync and this is the only time I would ever recommend vsync 😂😂
