It's a 501C3 Non-Profit organization that builds houses 4 low income families & also has re-sale stores 4 contractor building supplies?! Your husband could do the same thing? Get donations 4 building materials 4 small houses & get volunteers & rent out as a Airb? 🧐 He could do house renovations as well? In US people who have building knowlege buy old houses from auctions & fix them & resell them or rent out as 'AirB'S! 😇
