You should try putting milk with the sauce to tame down the spice AND THEN add lots of cheese!! 🧀 It makes it creamier, cheesier, and doesn't burn your tongue as much with the spiciness! Try it!

When I want the noodles to be less spicy I use a little bit of the sauce that comes with the noodles and then I add about a tablespoon of chicken fund, a little sugar and some mirin. Of course you can adjust it and use stuff that you have at home like beef instead of chicken or maybe som sesame oil. :)
