I'm laughing because first time moms do the most with other folk opinions on what to do...lol I was there too and half of those remedies don't work .... here is the best advice.. Every pregnancy is different what's good for me may not be the same for you pay close attention to what your body needs, listen to your OBGYN and have a safe delivery. CONGRATS

Dont know if I could drink that much water, though its good for you, remember you also get fluid from fruits and vegetables so dont feel bad if you are not able to drink all what you have measured out. Rochielin...I'm 64...my Mom will tell me to not do a lot of overhead reaching, in that this will cause the baby's coil to wrap around the neck and suffocate it...this is what happened to my first Great-Grand child..just do your research ask your obstetrician concerning this matter.❤❤❤
