Hello BC & DK Villages in Africa are modernizing. A lot of people in the western countries associate Africa with mud huts & half dressed or naked people. They fail to know that the whole world is modernizing. Yes women fare better than they did fifty years ago but we still have a long way to go . Educating the girl child does not mean competing with men but giving the girl child the opportunity to function to her potential. There are some women who are stronger than men and there are some men who are weaker than women. Give each gender the opportunity to perform according to their strengths. It is wrong to assume that just because one is a woman house work is all she can do. There have been powerful women rulers throughout history. Let’s embrace our gender and function to our full potential without competing with men. Gender roles are changing. Good conversation. Keep it going.
