This show is not underrated, it has a S2 and an Upcoming S3 🃏 I think the right for them was underappreciated especially lots of Netflix and series watcher was more in Kdramas . Back in the Day the Manga of this series was Fire Fire

The want to speak/understand the language of something you’re watching is so real 😂 that was third grade me with Japanese when Sailor Moon first aired on TV and I found out it was censored when dubbed and put on American TV. Now I live in Japan 😂 Lots of people in Asia “learned English” from Friends (and Full House), so also a very relatable comment! Watch and mimic what you hear from foreign shows can give you a baseline - especially when you start noting patterns in speech! Excited to join you two on this journey ❤

I'll give you some advice. Look at what a few months ago was elected "the best anime ever" in Japan, overtaking Death Note which had been in first place for years, 1st place in the "Top 50 best anime all time" ranking on the IMBd website, and it is also the show that has more episodes in the "Top 100 best episode all time" ranking, more than any other show of the caliber of Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad etc...., and in terms of plot, many people consider it even superior to the shows just mentioned for his incredible complexity that this incredible story has. This anime is called "ATTACK ON TITAN", an absolute masterpiece. If you decide to watch it, I highly recommend watching it in the original Japanese language, completely on a different level than English, because it makes it much more immersive and realistic

Squid game has good concept where people with debts are able to participate the game. However, in Alice in borderland. We don't know. It happens outside, not in specific area like squid games. In general considering the themes and social commentary are pretty different too, not to mention the setting of things and…let them both be good on their own 😅just because the two play games to the death doesn’t mean that are “the same” .
