If you enjoy and are authentic what you are doing or talking about...most likely other people will be interested too. Africa is such a contradiction! Hair salons, beauty salons, satellite television, mobile phones and internet, privately owned motor vehicles. Yet such poor living conditions with no indoor running water, no indoor flushing toilet, unreliable electricity, poor indoor and outdoor decoration. I saw the irony in going to the hair salon. The path to get there was like a rubbish dump. That dug out with water only encourages mosquitos. Since South Sudan sought to be independent from the rest of the nation, those Sudanese must have felt they could take care of a portion of the land- financially, employment wise and administrational. I am left so very puzzled by the continent which it is claimed is the birth place of the human race. Very hard to imagine that you started out with life- seeing the full beauty of earth, its pureness, the smell of the purest clean air, perfume all around you from the flowers, the green smell of plants, the clear pure water in the rivers. Yet, mostly what is there is poverty, hunger and filth. And please don't come to correct me. I am speaking from what I see and that is not European documentaries that are alleged to paint Africa badly. It is from the lenses of Africans, whether film makers, charitable persons and organisations, social media members or African news channels.
