Would you run your third team in arena? I was considering doing the same, but replacing Urahara with Ulqv2 for soul hall bonus. And maybe see if I can squeeze Dangai Ichigo in there but I have no clue who to replace for him.

You could I prefer more first round DOT attackers in arena. If you usually at a initiative disadvantage then going that route may help.

I run him front line def based with armor and evil for a push with stun with the freeze.
