Jamal being introduced last with the Finals trophy, giving the emotional speech was a very Nuggets thing to do but surprised outsiders. It makes sense in this team dynamic where your star is an introvert who doesn't seek limelight. Jokic is the brain that directs everything, Jamal is the heart, AG is the soul. The GS dynamic isnt identical but Draymond isnt the best player but is seen as the teams emotional leader and onfield creator. That works for and because Steph isnt selfish in that way. It works for Nuggets too because Jokic wants to defer for the good of team. Same for Jamal and AG.

Besides Giannis, none of the Euro stars is an out of the world athlete. But it seems they all come with solid fundamentals and a really good mindset, simply making good decisions and being low maintenance. Jamal Murray popped off in playoffs again! What got me thinking was both times Nuggets were in even series & how they answered the call. They were 2-2 against the Suns. Jamal Murray came up & said "I have to make better decisions & not force as much". He took heed of his own warning, and they blew out the Suns in next two games. When they went 1-1 against the Heat, Jamal came out again & said "I have to help him more". Game 3 in Miami was a huge reality check & gauge of how mature & clutch Jokic & Murray were They both put up a triple double in that game, first ever duo to put up triple double each in Finals

@@Blassie.P Jokic had the better regular season also, Embiid's only case was points and blocks. And the reason Jokic was shut down at the end was because it became apparent they wouldn't give Jokic 3 in a row regardless of what he did. Embiid had his bad stretches also and still played less games than Jokic, but people want to penalize Jokic as if the end of the season is weighted more than the rest of the season just because that is when MVP votes are submitted. Giannis and Jokic's team had their top spots locked up, and if they kept playing at their usual elite and competitive level then they would just be accused of stat padding in order to get the MVP, so they wouldn't gain anything for playing those last games at top level and would actually only risk injury.

Yes!! I completely agree with the idea of adding another foul! It’s so frustrating seeing people receive 2 early fouls and have to go to the bench immediately. Then later in the game you have to worry about fouling out. Or give the opposing team 4 free throws after your 6th foul.
