What is the name of your university? Is it required to be a high scorer (i.e. around 90% in 10th and 12th grades as well as 3.5 GPA or more in your undergrad) to get into a public university in Singapore?

Hey, I’m studying at ESSEC business school, it’s a French university with a campus in sg so I can’t really answer your question since I’m doing my undergrad right now but I did have 90+ in boards

@@penduvlogger7469 Hi! You’re allowed to work 16 hours a week with your student visa, not trying to scare you but finding a place to live in sg is really challenging and difficult… not to mention expensive, getting an agent is the best way.

@@penduvlogger7469 oh… would suggest that you find another agent, because it’s really tricky searching on your own, you have to communicate with the landlords and also match certain guidelines that they have, the agent usually negotiates for you and vouches that you’re a good person. But you can’t find one try propertyguru, rentinsg, or search rental groups on Facebook, you can put an ad with your profile saying you’re looking for a place to live, you’ll get replies
