Queen P, in my opinion, I think it will be hard to maintain a 3 bedroom for our elderly parents. Yung iba nga nag da-downsize pa pag tumatanda na. Cguro big lawn or garden space lang, then change the interior yung hindi madami gamit, spacious ba.

Small space is not the issue… they just have so much stuff . Me and my wife moved to a small condo and it looks spacious because we got rid of lots of stuff that we didn’t need. From a five bedroom house to a small condo. Good luck mommy Cheryl it’s just my opinion.

Yung bulky na hutch na panlagyan nila ng mga box at canned food, dapat ilabas yan, at magpagawa ka ng little pantry nila standing or floor shelving for food only, magpagawa ka rin ng glass shelving na mahaba tru living room na overhead for plates and other kitchen stuff only dahil makalat si mother hehehe dami kasing mga blingbling na pakalatkalat, gawin mo ang isang bedroom for their walk in closet at office in one na, para hindi naka balandra ang malaking table nila sa living room, at lagyan mo ng magagandang lighting doon para hindi madilim.
