My question will be: if you have the chance to go back, will you buy it at any given time? If the answer is yes then stop justifying it. Accept the fact that you didn’t make the right decisions and move on. Learn from it and not justify it.

@@ArLong629hk right?! We all make mistakes in life since everyone are trying to predict the future. Sometimes we are right and sometimes we are wrong. The problem with this guy is he tried to justify his past and double down his mistake. He is an example of what not to do in life - not learn from your past.

Why not enjoy when your body is still young instead of travelling with pain all over the body, a little extreme you might think but quite true for most of the people since the majority is not earning enough to retire early.
The problem of renting - 1. Few landlords want to have retirees as tenants. If they do, the quality of the property tend to be inferior. So you may have trouble finding a place in your retirement. Hongkongers now top the world of longevity. So this could be a problem. 2. You lack the financial leverage opportunity let alone the credibility to borrow fund to be entrepreneur. These two reasons already pose a big question to your financial and personal security.
