The Series 63 license is a securities license that enables the holder to sell securities in a given state.
The Series 63 exam is administered by FINRA, which is the government-authorized, non-profit organization responsible for administering all securities licensing procedures and requirements testing.
FINRA tests on behalf of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA)-the group of state and provincial regulators tasked with protecting investors.

@@atlasman7666 you can work in a lot of different roles. to become a manager you need additional licenses like series 9 and series 10 and those require a higher passing score than a 72

​@@financestrategists4468 No, I don't have a 63 either. I bought an exam prep for the SIE exam and am planning on taking the exam for the 63 if I pass my SIE. Not sure if I can actually get a job with just a series 63, but I'd like to get a series 7 license in the future if I can find a sponsor.
