If you would rather have everything which west has to offer, why the hell are you settled in India, you know why because you feel rich here and may be connected to your family. It's so easy to be enticed by your friend's life in bay area and undermine the importance of household support you get here. I really wish you get married and understand how important all these factors are in a once life. OfCourse, I would always want fresh air and traffic roads but that should not undermine how much India offers in terms of complete life experience.

He is very correct! Indians cannot accept it if they see you ahead in life and making money. I left India in 2021 and I have been making money and running companies in India since 2008 and running 50+ families in india since a decade now. The day since I moved to Dubai in 2021, I feel the circle is so different. My Dubai friends love to talk about money and investments and achievements and we all try to lift each other to millions without any competition or hate. This is the difference! I have always tried to make a change in my videos to my audience to get over this hate culture since 2008, but hardly anyone gets it. All this issue is due to the jobless kids and keyboard warriors using cheap internet!
@iamgsk1Ай бұрын
Dubai and India are indeed different in many ways, from cultural dynamics to economic opportunities. Dubai's environment, with its strong focus on investment, business growth, and a diverse expat community, often fosters a collaborative and achievement-oriented mindset. People there, particularly in business circles, may be more inclined to support and uplift each other due to shared ambitions in a growing economy with fewer bureaucratic hurdles. However, this doesn’t mean there’s a one-size-fits-all situation. India's vast diversity, with its different social, economic, and cultural contexts, leads to a variety of experiences. Many Indians are also driven by entrepreneurship and innovation, contributing significantly to the global economy. What may be perceived as jealousy or negativity in certain circles could stem from a more complex set of socio-economic challenges, where opportunities and resources are unevenly distributed. While it's true that some may display jealousy, it's a human trait seen worldwide, not just in India. The notion of "jobless kids" and "keyboard warriors" reflects frustrations in many societies, especially with the rise of social media. But generalizing this as an issue specific to India overlooks the broader global context. Every country has its challenges, and lifting each other up, as you’ve experienced in Dubai, is a mindset that can thrive anywhere, given the right conditions and attitudes.

I think the tax structure also plays a role. Since there is no way to tax and take away wealth of smart / rich ppl, normal ppl dont hate the rich. Same in india where Brahmins are hated - caaste reservations have to be kept relevant for college seats and govt jobs / promotions.

I have my parent's relatives who are settled abroad. None of them cry, infact they encourage about the oppurtunities available there. My real brother went abroad, and is never been more stable in his life. Ofcourse, there are hardships everywhere in the world. Like when he was here, all his chores were handled by my mother and maid. Now, he do himself. And that's the perception of rich in our country, that blue collar jobs are for poor people. But, for him, he adapts and overall, now he is more happy there.

Better to renovate parents house or pustaini makan, than buying a new house. You need to have a place to return to if times are low. Two siblings? Make a two floors above the already existing one in parents' house. Renovate it. Live there. Even families can live together. Have separate kitchen and what not. It's two house in one.

I do not completely agree with Sharan about "buying a house". I agree that buying a house in the urban centres which are completely developed is a mistake. You should not pay 10000 rupees or more per square feet and buy a house or an apartment. What I would suggest folks is to buy a house just in the outskirts, that is like 2-3 KM from the city limits, which are technically part of the city but not quite developed enough with malls and restaurants but has the scope to develop in the next 5-10 years. Here the price would be reasonable that is less than 5000 rupees per square feet. I have bought a 3 bhk apartment at less than 4000 rupees per square feet and I have two metro stations and a train station in less than 2 km from my home and this apartment is situated on the main road which is a 40ft road. This place will appreciate with time but he is right, that part does not matter because I am not going to sell it. But in 10-15 years I would not need to worry about the roof on my head.
