Great job, I have a question. In 27:17, I calculated the same thing 765000-539000=226000, but in the video it is 266000. Actually, it doesn't affect the explanation at all, this part just caught my attention. Thank you for the video!

It’s the 2% minus 100% which gives you 0.98
