If father gifts to major child and major child invested that amount on FD,the interest will be clubbed on father's income.So sir this case comes under Transfer of Income without Transfer of Asset [Section 60] But according to section 64(1A) there are written "If father will give gift to minor child and child invested that money to FD then FD interest amount comes under clubbing provision and when child becomes major then no clubbing " Kindly clarify sir clubbing provision will applicable or not?
