You will have to do teacher training in the UK to get QTS (qualified teacher status) BEd from India is not recognised as teaching methods here are very different as compared to India. Initially the best way to get into teaching is to do some cover work in different schools thrrough agency and gain some experience that will help you to get admission into a teacher training course

Another way of getting into teaching here is to apply for a teaching assistant job for 6 months to a year. You will see how different teaching is here.
