Hello sir !!! One of ur private coaching students here. I had never touched ind as 109 despite u having taught it 4 months back . These short lectures are helping a lot even for clarity of concept … I just had 1 doubt regarding difference between this topic and share based payment . How can this be distinguished from a SBPT as per IND AS 102? Is it that when a fixed no. of equity is issued , the same qualifies for accounting under ind as 102 and perhaps when a variable number is issued , it is a financial liab to be dealt with by 109/32?
