Can you explain more about the cost of containers? You have the cost for a keg at $2... I'm guessing that is just the cost of packaging and not the container itself since it is a reusable item? For bottles/cans, that would include the cost of the container as well as the packaging expenses. Correct?

We do have a CPA on staff that could help customize the model and add 5 years. The customization cost would really depend on how much detail you really need for the additional 5 years. If the last 5 years can be more high level, that might be pretty straightforward.

I don't see anything in there for excise tax. That's a pretty important piece. How do you suggest implementing that?

The easiest option is to add an expense as a percentage of revenue on the other expenses tab.
