Adjustments:- 1. Closing capital - cr side of trading AC and asset side . 2. Outstanding expenses:- trading or p and l AC dr side and liability side. 3.prepaid expenses:-trading or p and l dr side and asset side. 4. Accrued income :(means not received income ) p and l AC cr side and asset side. 5.bad debts: less from debtors and dr side of p and l AC . 5. Interest on capital : add in liability side capital and dr side of p and l AC. 6. Waited for this video. I am pursuing MBA in Construction Economics (purely a non-commerce background), in which we have basic Accounts and Finance subject. I have my exam on Monday and your videos helped me to complete almost 70% of my syllabus. It is very difficult for students from Engineering background to understand the accounting concept.
