Great dashboards. Do you have any tips on multiple users using these? Do they work with Excel Online? Can they be used by multiple people on a network shared folder with Excel? That's the kind of limitations I've run into before which make it less useful.

Just create dot map manually with circle shapes, it becomes more flexible. Just use another map as an outline and just go around it. Worked for me that way, didnt have the convert to shape feature button un-greying.

You can get a .jpg, convert to .svg ( online tolls are available), paste this svg file to power point & convert to shape. Worked for me.
