Good evening from middle England just a gardening tip or two you can spread coffee grounds on your beds to deter weeds and also cheap salt is a great weedkiller for paths patios and anywhere really won't harm the animals especially if you do it before rain. Also if you have sprouting potatoes you can divide all of them just cut them so each piece has a sprout and you multiply your yield that tip given by an old gardener to me. Our local coffee shop gives their coffee grounds away free all packaged up nicely. Keeeeep diving and always be frugal 😊❤

Those Avocado’s! I adore them but here in the UK they are very expensive Amy! As I am now on a different way of eating to eventually become half the woman I am (hopefully) I cannot have any carbs and cutting most of my sugar intake also. I have salads, lots of salads! I only have half a Avocado per salad..sad, I know..Hahaha! Also awaiting my operation to remove the cancer from my right lung lobe. So wanting to be fit for that. 👍👍👍👍👍💗💗💗💗

Mississippi Roast Roast one pk of hidden valley ranch one pk aju gravy mix 1 small jar of yellow peppers . In the crock pot toss all of it together. On high 6 hours . Great Roast. Yr gonna love it!
