I would really love this thing to be available online, Samuel, your free books could be in PDF, or maybe record the free crash course and publish it in KZbin, I would really love to go, but I’m in Spain and I must pay college and some other obligations, hope some one can share good books, I read rich dad poor dad, but it doesn’t really help, mosly motivational, we want actually useful information to get that passive income! You do great videos but it has to be said when the claimed figs don't stack up. If you av. £75 a night and get "claimed" 80% industry av. (Which for me is too high) over 8 properties you make gross of c. £14,400/month. Over half will go on rent to property owner, expenses, cleaning, service charges, man fee, ground rents etc. Prob around £5k is more realistic which is not bad but it's not £14k a month.

Peej The Academy currently starts at £12k for the year, but I’d recommend doing some less advanced training with is to begin with like the Crash Course
