Very good advice. Nerves of steel required. When you open your youtube community and Pathos friends will support you to the full. Kitchen and furniture optional. There are some closed establishments i am sure you can wheel and deal to get some loaned from the owners, if required. Linekers might have an old football to sit on hidden behind the hoarding.

The kitchen can be opened later it's not a requirement at the moment, the furniture.......well that can be anything, old chairs, couch, stools and that could be donated to start you off with, it doesn't have to be flash in there it could be unique. 😁
