Stepup SIP doesnt make much sense .. kyuki profit badhane ke liye investemnt bhi utna hi badh raha hai ... also stepup sip me compounding ka benefit kam hota hai kyuki jyada invest last last me hota hai and uspe interest utna nahi mil pata ...

Percentage return on normal SIP is higher. I calculated using groww app's calculator. Once I used normal calculator then I used step up calculator. I calculated for 5 years and 10 years period.

Hii, just have any query if we are getting 6 lac profit difference by step up SIP . But you are ignoring the fact that you have also invested 6 lac extra at the end of 15th year . So I guess the profit margin percentage is more in the initial process. Please explain

good point. it's not necessary that with increased deposits you'll get same increased profits. In step up sip your goal gets achieved before time or you accumulate higher amount within same time period. you may or may not get same extra profits compared to extra deposits. watch this video where I have shown example of profits more than deposits in step up sip with real example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e2e4hWOrgbJ_sJI Giving time to the market is more important to get good returns.

I want to request you one more video that tells us the impact of inflation over returns of SIP. Can you please make such calculator that can take values like monthly investment amount, return %, step up sip %, duration in years and inflation rate(%) so that we can actually see figures with respect to money valuation for today. Searched many online calculators, some calculators only give sip return over inflation but no one gives step up SIP returns over inflation.

yes you are right it's 30K but 54k displayed in excel is this 30k + previous year's 24k.. so cumulative sum is displayed in excel total deposits column..
