I'm new to Finch Knife's. I have the Holliday and Cimarron. Very nice. Looking for a 1929 in red, but no luck so far.

The manufacturer of this knife, GSP Knives?, is a Chinese company? or where is it based?

Their other stuff was made by Bestech, in China. If these had been made anywhere else and were twice the price I would still have bought them. Chinese made = supporting an evil nation's production scene. I know much of the worlds staples are made there, but seriously, lots of good stuff for the same price coming out of nations that have work standards, not just dirt cheap labor and rich owners who travel to blade shows showing their wares.

@@btek6894 off hand, can you list any of the other manufactures that you are talking about from other nations releasing comparable knives? I'm looking for a modern take on a traditional knife and the only thing I've found that I like is lionsteel but hear very negative things about the Italian m390 blades they are using. I'd like to hear about what you know

@@BWagerJr case knives, GEC, schatt and morgan, boker (they make in several nations, check models) kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKS6dWurg8iKe6M this link takes you to "New Old Pocket Knives" from BladeHQ you should watch. As a user, you will never notice any negative aspects of lionsteel's m390. I guess if you want to compare getting 250 sisal rope cuts vs 300 as being of value to you, then sure... some of those old views on lionsteel's steels might be valid. :P
