Galet hur mycket jag gillar Olli, man lyssnar när han pratar, han gjuter mod i hela gruppen samtidigt som han ställer enorma men fullt rimliga krav på gruppen. Ruggigt vilket intresse han byggt kring klubben, jag tror inte på en quick fix och att han automatiskt vinner ett guld, det kommer ta sin tid att anamma hans spelstil, men jag tror att han kan bli tungan på vågen mot ett nytt bättre Timrå IK.

Olli ingjuter respekt i ishockey som helhet när han pratar. Inte så lite finsk sisu i den karln, välbehövligt idag eftersom det är lite vad som krävs idag, kanske nu mer än någonsin. Ohja, Olli om någon förstår vikten av vad man själv har för inställning och energi i laget som helhet, eftersom det smittar av sig på spelarna i laget.

OJ parts might have been cut, but from this video there is nothing else he is giving to the team but better energy. If this is the level of coaching in pro hockey, think how much better the players would be if you actually coached them.

You do understand that they cut all of the strategic parts so that they don't give anything to their opponents, right? This is just for fans to see the atmosphere in the locker room and trust in the players is a big mental thing for players, OJ is clearly top class in these pep talks.😅

Only thing i do not agree is ollis take on how finnish team play, sure its not an american show where u try to please people and play coast to coast, but we actually won. Isnt that kind of the main goal in the game?
