@@ExcelExciting Very helpful. I am facing a problem to highlight the entire row and column in every sheet whenever I insert a new sheet or open a new excel file. I highlighted in one sheet and it is working ok. After that whenever I insert a new sheet or new file I have to write the formula through conditional formatting and VBA code for the new sheet or file. To get rid off this, I want to make Add-Ins, so that whenever I open a new excel file or insert new sheet it will be highlighted. Please resolve it.

You like to have different duplicate value with different color then you need to set multiple conditional formatting, sum of duplicate value I would recommend you to use SUMIF/SUMIFS or use PivotTable..

You can just apply filter and filter by color, then press alt +; to select the active cell. this way you can copy the highlighted rows

Good Question, Then in that case logic will work differently you can take the help of VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP to check if the value exists and make those entries as red color
