I haven't found a solution to a problem I'm having, hopefully you know what to do. When LOGIC opens pop up window appears for me to locate "MISSING FILES". I do locate them and click on them so LOGIC opens the project showing my audio files in it. But there are no waves forms neither sound, all my sound settings are perfect as I always had them in the past. Then I go to the AUDIO FILES folder of the project where I have the AUDIO files Logic is asking me to LOCATE every time I open the project, I find them, double click on them, and they don't even open on any music player software I have neither just tapping on the space bar to listen to the AUDIO file. As a test I go to a separate folder which has no connection with Logic, a folder where I simply have songs I like or downloaded and they play perfectly except for those songs or tracks I've dragged / used in a LOGIC project. For some reason seems like any MP3 or WAV file I've ever used or added to a LOGIC project has become a file that neither Logic or any software in my mac will recognize as a AUDIO file even though clearly shows on the Audio File is an existing file 38MB o 9MB or whatever it is. I know this because I tried to open other projects and the same thing happened. Even the bounced mp3 file from this specific project which I'm using in a video editing software will play perfectly with no issues. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO NOW!

Hey Angel, not quite sure I fully understand. Anytime you open a particular project Logic asks you to for missing audio files, you locate them, and still they won't play? If this is happening in other project, first make sure the output source hasn't somehow changed. Check this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYqZZH6qjL-MZpI

@@modenim hey how are you? thanks for replying. The output source has not change at all. i kept checking all over and it seems my mac isn't recognizing about 80% of all the waves and mp3 files on my hard drive. Thats why Logic "can't" find the audio file. Something changed in my computer which isn't letting me play any audio file after double clicking or right click on it to try to open with different music players. Any idea what my be happening?

@@AngelParilli is it just files on the hard drive you’re having trouble opening? Try another drive and see if the results are the same. Perhaps the drive and audio files themselves are corrupted somehow
