The 3rd house had the best view which will pay for itself :). Second house just looked like square boxes that eliminated space, for that price it is so not worth it. Bel Air has nicer houses. Tatiana you are doing a good job with presenting these!

Totally amazing - and of course all houses were spectacularly beautiful - and the kitchens so similar to each other - must be the style of the rich at the moment. One wonders will she feel a little lonely in such a giant space...?? Yesterday I visited a house in the village - up to 10 people living there - a dirt floor and most walls were bamboo - and there were some walls out the back - brick ones but the money ran out so no roof...and pumpkins had begun to grow there.

The first house (bought by Kylie Jenner since this video) was on Producer Michael's channel, as was Tatiana on a different house tour :) I wished we could have seen all of the first house, as there is sooo much more on that property. For me, the first is my all time fav house.

In L.A., houses like #3 are usually owned by people who bring in children. The first two are usually purchased by young people who are financially successful, but have no children...yet. Or, by people who have done well in life, but are either "empty nesters" or just chose not to have children. I think you can sense the first two had a bit less of a welcoming feel to them, so they fit that motif.

That's what I thought too. Looks industrial. House 3 is OK. I will paint kitchen cabinets in white. No dark furniture, carpets, just a few paintings on the walls, no statues and figurines. I'm quite a minimalist. 😁

They leave them like that so you can have them designed to suit your needs. Whether it's a man who needs lots of suit storage or someone with a love of shoes who needs unique spaces to showcase their collection, etc. They like to leave a blank slate for the homeowner to customize their own warddrobe.

One could easily choose house number 3 for the view alone. Personally I think that even if the furniture is staged it should be included in the price since it helps to give that complete package of a ready-to-move-in home once staged well it enhances the overall beauty of the house if the potential buyer doesn't want it that's okay.

I really thought this was going to be another tease, where right at the end we don't hear final choice! In this case, I am a bit surprised that she did not choose house number 3, it's wonderful, even though the infinity-edge pool should be right on the edge of the view for a dramatic scenic swim moment. Also why are the sunbeds facing away from that view? Enjoying all these videos Tatiana, fascinating indeed, but please squeeze the tease and tell us the decisions at the end of the videos!

Empty nesters are usually 45-60 . Creating seamless flow for a compound must have a chefs kitchen a master that is private with a view. These estates are beautiful.

I always loved the views from Hollywood Hills over Bel Air and Beverly Hills. Warren Beatty had a house in Hollywood Hills back in the early 80s and the view was gorgeous (but not as gorgeous as his secretary )
