Find Surface Area of 3D Surface Function over a 2D Domain Region

Given a surface function, find the surface area of the region that lies above the xy-plane. We first graph the 3D surface to find the 2D domain region over which we'll integrate. Then, we convert the integral to polar coordinates to evaluate the double integral.
