Frodan on PBE tries the new Ezreal Blasters buff, he picks up Find Your Center and Shields up. He manages to win the game with only 5 Blasters and 4 Vanguard board with Ezreal Wiping his enemies with only 1 cast.

What’s the reasoning for not being able to craft blaster emblem? Or arcana? Seems like there are still un-craftables? Or am I missing something?

Item limitations, there is only so many components. Also some traits would be nearly unworkable on every unit. Think trickshot from set 11. Some will be “uncraftable”

They just removed the category of "uncraftable emblems". Augments and charms would sometimes offer a random Craftable or Uncraftable emblem. Also Pandoras Items/Reforger would ONLY roll emblems into others within their same category - Now that the category is removed, emblems will all roll and reforge into each other as long as they exist - including ones you cannot craft with the new pan and charms/augments will say "Random" instead of "Random Uncraftable/Craftable". But as there are more traits than components, it's not possible to have every single one craftable even with the introduction of the Frying Pan.. However unique traits like Druid, legendary traits or specific traits like Dragon are not functional on other champions so do not exist as emblems at all. This change was introduced in the middle of a pre-existing set with already established emblems, instead of coming out with set 13 so it is POSSIBLE next set that every emblem that exists will truly be craftable, but this would likely mean either less traits having an emblem, or less traits being in the game.. Which I doubt.
