Shelia Roberts the first ministry and commandment is to love our neighbor. That said, I don't think they are distracting you. Wouldn't that be an excuse like I always make XD. Instead, let the Lord guide you and get whatever is that you do that hinder you from your purpose. First start by praying to GOD and then think about what your purpose is so that you can identify it. Hi, my name is Manu,,everything you saying is happening to me now. I thought I loved myself but I found out was not. I was happy and didn't share about my first time to real love to Jesus because my people will think about I am crazy, honesty, my house of war is turning to more peaceful at the moment. I thank God and His son Jesus , for the blessing he sent to my heart, eventhough I back wackward sometimes but I knew Jesus and the Father, helping me to get forward and no more back to satan.

Thank you. I am in the process of downsizing to an efficiency. I work a 10 hr. 2nd shift job, 64 years old, and appreciate what you shared with us. I am tired of spinning my wheels and seeming to go nowhere. My physical strength has mostly come back since surgery. So many rabbit trails yet my desire is to end well. I don't know anymore what my purpose is. If I am able I would like to do this.

So if since I was little I've liked drawing, making crafts, cooking, writing lyrics, short stories, poems, and songs, playing instruments, design, acting, etc... does that mean I am a creator? a maker? I can't quite figure it out. Any help is appreciated :)

@Eva Garcia We are ALL creators. Made in the image of God, remember the bible says it? God created the universe and men, and each person creates something; be it music, a book, a garden, a game, a watch, a building, etc BECAUSE ALL OF US ARE CREATORS. What you are looking for is THE PURPOSE behind those creations, THE WHY you create those things. God knows, He wants to reveal that to you through a prophetic word, in a dream, through your spiritual senses, or any other way you can hear Him. You could also get this course, of course. Examples of PURPOSE/or THE WHY we do these creative works: Some of us were created to bring joy, others to bring peace, others justice, others to be helpers, others to create wealth for the kingdom, other to create wealth for the poor, others to bring advancement to humanity, others to heal diseases, others solely to give birth to earth shakers and devil-terrorizers (like Jesus, John the baptist, apostle Paul, William J. Seymour, John G Lake etc...others are created to educate and mentor them, and on and on it goes. So your question isn't AM I A CREATIVE? Yes, just like everybody else. Ask instead: LORD, WHO AM I/WHAT WAS I CREATED FOR? To bring love/joy/unity/wisdom/order/peace/beauty/laughter/an invention/a cure etc...? THEN you fulfill in the form of writing, singing, inventing, painting, cooking etc... But know that first and foremost ''you were created FOR HIS PLEASURE'' the bible tells us. Happy discovery!
