Finding AWESOME Crystals at the Rubie Mine!!

Hey guys! On Thursday, October 17th I was able to visit the Rubie Mine in Mt. Ida, Arkansas for my second time. Here is a Quick Look at my dig there and some of the crystals I was able to find during my visit...I gotta say, I am pretty excited about this mine! SO many great pieces can be found here. The owner, Mark, is a great host, and I enjoyed both of my visits quite a bit.
The mine is still in early development and won't be fully functioning and open to the public until the first month of two of 2025. It'll be worth the wait, though!

Hey Joe, Excellent video. This mine has some of the best and largest crystals I have seen on the tube. I love the way you explain what and why you are doing when digging. I have never dug on a mine like this but your information is valuable to everyone. I also like the way you show the cleaned crystals right after digging them. Lots of editing there. Holy Cow Joe this place is looks amazing , I am loving the fact that there seems to be more and more mines opening up in Arkansas , I cannot wait to get down there .. Also hope you are good with the storms that are going through , they are just now getting to me in the St.Louis area at midnight

Thanks Jeff! yeah, we're good here at my house. A lot of people lost power in several neighborhoods around us, and there are several trees down. My boss had a tree go through his roof and let a TON of water in. Health-wise, everyone I know is fine though, so that's the important part. Hope y'all are safe up there in the St. Louis area!!

Yeah, see, that's what I would like to be able to find, some nice size clusters. But I've only been to Ron Coleman. And I live in Florida.
