Hi! My name is Michele and I'm on my journey to finding my star. After six years of sharing my struggles to become a mum I realized that I had been so busy with the fight that I forgot to live. Now I'm focusing on the things I am most passionate about; minimalism, veganism, low waste, overcoming food addiction, and travel. Come join me on my journey to living intentionally and Finding My Star.

I'm enjoying these flashback vlogs! It's crazy how time can go so fast and so slow. I was really stressing about time recently, but now I'm two weeks into my current wait and feeling like it's going to fly by. So weird. Looking forward to August/September for you!

Yes!!! I'm watching them too because it's been so long since I edited them and I want to know what people comment about haha. It's crazy because these seem like forever ago but also like just yesterday. We are already almost one week since court! I really hope this wait goes fast. I don't want to go back to work but it also will mean I'm super close to bringing her home.

Welcome to the future! (Does this count as an inside joke?) 😂 Perhaps you should look at waiting in a different perspective? Myself included don't have anything this exciting to prepare for or to look forward to. Well we have stuff happening but its medical ... actually major medical. I'm using your blogs as a distraction. Let's just say I have to wear a mask next week to the hospital. Blah, I guess I'll keep looking forward to her coming home video 😉 How's your c19 situation? Were in limbo thanks to border jumpers.

Ours is getting worse but not too bad locally. We got hit bad round one so I'm expecting even worse round two. Hopefully I'll be at home with Emrys, and able to just not leave anywhere. That's what I did last time. I'm one of the very few people wearing masks and I'm frustrated by it. It's so easy to get use to but no one is willing to try. My travel to get her will be about 24 hours each way and I will always have to wear a mask unless eating or drinking. Not looking forward to that but I'll do whatever it takes to get her home!

@@TheChoiceofMotherhood They have made mask mandatory in one state. The other state below us which is connected to the bad state has made mask suggestive. My state has done the same. We won't know for another 6 days if these border jumpers okay I'll just say it... from Victoria have caused a second wave or not. They were in the community for 8 days till we found them! So disappointing! We were a covid free state for like a month 😭 Then two girls had to go steel handbags in the most infected state and ruin it. So sad.

Our provincial borders are open but doesn't seem to be causing issues yet. Calgary and Edmonton have mandatory mask bylaws but there isn't anything locally. I wish there were. When I was in Korea there were children all the time wearing masks if they were sick, they were raised with them. It was natural for them to just wear one. Seatbelts on the other hand, are rarely used so it's not natural for them. Here seatbelts are automatic for most people, no one complains about mandatory seatbelt laws. They are in place for safety and most people wear them knowing that (those that don't choose not to but they are the minority). If the majority of people just realized that masks are for safety and there was a mandatory mask law then hopefully we were have more people wearing them. There will always be people that don't but there will always be people that smoke and do drugs too 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Finding My Star True! Our borders only open to those areas that aren’t hot spots. But a lot of people are committing fraud on their forms and not telling the truth about where they have been. We just had another border hopper and their from the same town as the first lot 😂 It’s actually people leaving our state sneaking into the infected state then coming back. Their jumping two closed borders to get back in! If we kept our borders closed they wouldn’t of been able to leave in the first place. I’m so ready for 2020 to be done. If it wasn’t for KZbin and my artwork I’d be in a very sad place.
