Louise Hay, and Wayne Dyer are definitely both very gifted souls... Their views on life and how they internalize simple concepts... yield the benefit of how to "be here now" & uplift one's own frequency. After doing much internal work & honestly learning to "love myself" my outlook on EVERYTHING has changed!. ~ Relishing my new found moments of peace, before I spread my wings and take the next "leap of faith"... Wayne dyer taught me synchronicities 3 yrs ago and that’s when i started looking closely at the signs..i only listened 2 of his audio books but it changed my way of thinking..like you..thank you for your insight. I appreciate you so much.❤❤❤

I need help. I have a narcissistic mother who now need help and care at the age of 88. I have been in no contact for years because she made me the scapegoat of the family.
