LOVE your ideas for your girls dollhouse! I also repurposed a dollhouse (same brand) for my daughter many years ago and it was my most favorite project EVER! I even found generic Barbie furniture on Amazon and spray painted it to match the shabby chic style in the dollhouse and it was super affordable and darling! I believe the brand was “Gloria!” 😂 You’re going to have too much fun and your girls will ALWAYS remember the special dollhouse you CREATED for them! Btw…scrapbook paper and modge podge from dollar tree also worked out great in the dollhouse for wallpaper! ❤❤ Can’t wait to see your final project! ❤

I love the things you have gathered for your children, Jamie. My Mom used to get the same kind of special things for me when I was a child. My husband and I had a wonderful time one year renovating my childhood dollhouse for our daughter as a Christmas gift. 💜

You always find the sweetest things! That little tea set is adorable! I collect tea cups and I love seeing the little play sets! I have some things from when I was a little girl that I saved to one day give to my own little girl. Well, I never had the opportunity to have a family and my nieces were always so angry with me that I wouldn't let them play with it 🤦‍♀️🤣🤦‍♀️. Oh well, maybe I will let their kids play with the toys. I love your style of gift giving❤. The boys may like a solar system projector that shines on their ceiling. There are different ones that can do many different things but the cost is minimal. It’s a way to Star gaze in the winter😉

Such cute gifts. Have you seen the air dry clay? My son is 7 and also loves Legos. He likes making things and being creative, he used to love playdoh. I am getting the air clay (that comes in the containers not the bags) so he can make sculptures and they dry. May be something your littles would enjoy too.

Just because they shopped differently doesn't mean they don't like both. I always got my child books and jewelry for Christmas. I have also always bought socks and underwear. Still do and she is grown. My daughter loves both.

The handmade and creative toys that Jamie is creating are things the girls will love and want to pass down to their own children one day! My daughter had ALL the fancy and expensive toys…the handmade ones I created were more heartfelt and special to her! Sadly, most of those plastic and cheaply-made toys will end up in the trash one day….just sayin! 😂❤

I’m a teacher of 20 years and ALL my students loved to play with the dollhouse/kitchen toys…non-gender specific! Can boys cook and play “house?” 😂
