It's because he's in a private lobby. Apparently, when you play murder mystery 2 in a private lobby, you don't gain any experience. It's obvious that Jerome played some roblox murder mystery 2 before making videos in private lobbies with the buddies, Tewity, Sabre, matt, marty, and others because he's at level 69 while everyone else except steve is at level 15 and Rayne who was at level 8 before he stopped showing up to roblox videos. The reason why Jerome has stayed at level 69 for all this time is because he probably doesn't play murder mystery without the buddies anymore. And that's an in depth description of why Jerome has stayed at level 69 for all his murder mystery videos.
